Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is usually delivered within 4 working days of your order being placed.

UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 if your order is less than £50 or FREE for orders over £50. This includes the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. Unfortunately we do not delivery internationally.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery estimates are calculated based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

• Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and details of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
